The first step to becoming an Oaks Ambassador is praying! Just like an earthly ambassador delivers important messages to kings of nations, as believers we can unite and deliver important messages to our King of Kings!

Each week we post our prayer requests to our Facebook Group.

Bobby's Story | "I Can't Let You Go!"

The best words to describe Bobby: troubled, angry, rebellious. From the life Bobby described that he "lived" in the city, he might not make it that long. During Bobby's week at high school camp, his behavior came to a boiling point during one of the Bible times. He was walking around and disruptive to the point that a city missionary had to physically remove Bobby from the room. Bobby continued to be agitated, frustrated, and running around the building. Finally, Bobby's camp counselor just grabbed him, held him in his arms, and cried out in a loud voice, "I can't let you go, I can't let you go!" His counselor later shared the incredible depth behind these words and his love for Bobby – he was crying out that Bobby would encounter Jesus and turn from his old way of life. Fifteen minutes later back in the auditorium, Bobby's counselor put his head down to pray and then saw Bobby was gone! "Now what?" he thought. He looked up, and there was this young man weeping on stage and giving his life to Christ.

The Power Of Prayer!

And I will do whatever you ask in my name, so that the Father may be glorified in the Son. John 14:13
